This is an intense boxing-based class that uses H.I.I.T – High Intensity Interval Training. You will give all your effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods. This will burn more fat in less time by keeping your heart rate up. Body weight exercises, kettlebells, dumbbells or hand weights etc may be used to take conditioning to the next level.
