FN Yang Yin Flow

Class will start with Yin postures- seated or lying for 3-5 minutes each. These longer holds strengthen and support connective tissues and joint mobility. We will then transition into Yang postures- classic & creative sequencing and shapes to create a more energetic flow through your body; challenging and strengthening your muscles and increasing balance.
